Rare Arts & Crafts Scottish mirror set in a copper frame with raised words from Robbie Burns titled The Wooing with words which read:- So fair art thou my bonnie lass, So deep in love am I, And I will love thee still, my dear 'till a' the seas gang dry.. Burns Offered in good original condition with some historic dings and marks. The original had a Dobson print which was dark and had some damage. The frame measures 62cms x 53cms.

Arts & Crafts Pewter shield shaped mirror with a surround of sun flowers and bud and a large blue Ruskin? heart shaped cabochon to the base. The pewter decoration is on laid to a wooden backing and is quite thin. Offered in good original condition. However there is considerable ageing to the original bevelled edged glass. Height 45cms. Width 39cms.

A fabulous Arts & Crafts copper framed print titled "A Holland Morn" The print is by George Hitchcock (1850-1913) an American artist who spent many years in Holland. This is one of his most famous painting - The Flower Seller. The words on this are superbly executed and this is offered in excellent condition. These were retailed by Liberty & Co. The frame measures 63cms x 48cms and the print 50cms x 27cms.

Stunning Arts & Crafts copper over mantle made by J & F Pool of Hayle in Cornwall. Adorned with stylised flowers and hearts sunk into a deeper frame. It has a useful shelf to the top to place items and a piece of wood to hold plates than might or might not be original. The original bevelled edged mirror plate has some clouding seen in some lights and the odd spot. There is a small line dent to the lower right corner as clearly shown. This would make an amazing focal point to any room. Height 74cms. Width 121cms. Depth at top 14cms. Depth at base 4cms.

Large Arts & Crafts copper mirror with a Ruskin style cabochon to each side and a Tudor rose to each corner. Would be perfect as an over mantle though has previously been hung portrait. This exact mirror was retailed by Liberty but this one has no label Offered in a good original un cleaned condition so has a lovely rich patina. The bevelled edged mirror plate is original and has some age related marks. As you can see my cat wanted to check it out! The frame measures 80cms x 69cms.

Arts & Crafts oak hall mirror made by Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple. A lovely design with original brass hooks however one is missing each side of the plaque and one each side of the base so minor screw marks remain. The centre pewter plaque has a ceramic hearts to the centre. A lovely addition to any hall. This has been cleaned and waxed. Height 79cms. Width 125cms. Depth at hooks 17cms.

Stunning large Arts & Crafts copper on oak round mirror with a William Morris theme of a bird on top of a wreath of leaves and fruit. The copper work is set on an oak frame and has its original bevelled edged mirror plate. The images do not do it justice as it so beautiful up close. It is very heavy and measures 70cms in diameter with the glass measuring 45cms. Offered in excellent condition with some spotting at the base of glass.

Arts & Crafts copper hall mirror with hooks for the two brushes. Made by J & F Pool of Hayle in Cornwall, the shield shaped frame has lovely studded detail all around with a centre bevelled edged oval mirror to the top and a Cornish lugger sitting on the waves with a lighthouse and clouds in the distance. The brushes have a Glasgow school design to their backs and look like they have never been used. Offered in excellent condition with very minor foxing to mirror plate. There are two hooks to the back to hang it on. Height 36cms. Width at top 23.5cms. Depth at hooks 8.5cms. The mirror measures 17cms x 10.5cms.

Arts & Crafts copper mirror with a stylised Mackintosh rose and leaves to the top. This has its original bevelled edge mirror plate and is offered in good condition except for a dent to the top as shown. This has not been cleaned and shows a rich patina. Height 57cms. Width a widest point at top 44cms. The mirror plate measures 38cms x 24cms with just a very tiny imperfection.

Very Unusual pewter Arts & Crafts mirror with three cabochons which appear to be Ruskin and applied Celtic enamel decoration between. The pewter is thin and appears thin and more like tin although some pewter has a higher proportion of tin than other. Offered in a good original condition with no damage to cabochons. There are a few minor flecks to the original bevelled edge mirror plate and minor loss to pewter at the edges. This could be hung with the larger Ruskin to the top - a matter of personal taste. The frame has a diameter of 34cms and the mirror plate 24cms.

Unusual and superb quality Arts & Crafts copper mirror with fine repousse work attributed to John Pearson although not signed. This has his characteristic bird to the top sitting above stylised leaves. The copper panel is fixed with a raised copper border which is slightly loose at the top. Otherwise offered in excellent condition. The frame measures 38.5cms square with the central mirror having a diameter of 19cms.

Very Unusual Arts & Crafts copper mirror with Newlyn school influence depicting a Cornish lugger and rising sun coming out of the waves. The gallery sits on the frame with its original bevelled edge glass plate which shows very minor spotting. Offered in good condition with a few copper studs missing. Good heavy quality item. Appears to be Newlyn but no mark as earlier than they were required to mark copper work in 1925. Fixings for hanging have now been changed as hole was too small for most screws. Height 39cms. Width 33cms. The mirror plate measures 27.5cms in width and 22cms high.
